Manuel Ugarte thought it was necessary to apologize for not having chosen Bruno Fernandes through Eric Cantona when she decided between Manchester United Shirts Past and Present in a Sky sports video.
Ugarte had to choose between several classic kits of the club during the camera with the Premier League broadcaster. The first shirt from 2002/03 saw the first against the white third shirt this season with the red and black chest bands.
Ruud van Nistelroy’s last name adorned the back of the former, which explained Ugarte why he selected this. “This because it is a Ruud-T shirt,” he said.

The next decision was made between a home jersey in 2006/07 with Rio Ferdinand on the back or the version 2013/14, which wore the surname of Nemanja Vidic. After Ugarte had seen both several times, it finally went with the latter, but did not explain.
Then the midfielder had to choose between a third shirt 2020/21 with Fernandes or his home shirt, which was worn in the 1994/95 and 1995/96 seasons, with Eric Cantona’s surname on the back. Ugarte considered again before he came to the conclusion: “I’m sorry, Bruno, but always seven!”
However, the player fought even more when he selected Dimitar Berbatov on the back between 2007/2008 and 2008/2009 with Wayne Rooney’s last name and a KIT 2010/11, which became the third shirt 2011/12. “I don’t know, both!” Said Ugarte. “But maybe, yes, Rooney.”
Sky Sports published a 24-second clip of the video in her official Premier League X, formerly Twitter, one hour before the Fa Cup Fifth Runde between United and Fulham in Old Trafford. Ugarte started this match, but Alejandro Garnacho replaced the midfielder eight minutes in the second half. In contrast, Fernandes started and achieved a balance from the edge of the penalty area.
