Brenda Song made the preparation trend for her appearance in “The Kelly Clarkson Show” on Monday. The actress sat down with Guest moderator Simu Liu to discuss her new Netflix show “Running Point” in which Kate Hudson plays the leading role.
Song modeled an asymmetrical tweed tartan -dress from Monse’s Spring 2019 collection, in which edge cladding and subtle HoundholtOooth sutures appeared. She also added stacked silver rings and a few knee -high leather boots. The “Last Showgirl” star is currently working with stylist Jordan Grossman.

Monses spring collection 2019 was played on neat codes. Between the trends “Quiet Luxury” and “Old Money” Heritage prints and silhouettes have achieved a large comeback with gene Z because they try to emulate styles that are preferred by the upper class.
“It was a strong collection that was thematically inspired by an attack on the closet of her rich grandmother,” WWD wrote about the presentation of spring 2019 by Monse 2019. “Your tweeds were twisted, cut and pulled into jackets, tops and dresses that fell off the shoulder or were cut away over wide-leg-freight pants and chain shape. Rugby tops, sweaters and ponchos also received the deconstructed treatment and looked just as brave the girls and the boys. “
Song spoke to Liu about the real inspiration behind “Running Point”, now on Netflix. The sports comedy was created by Mindy Kaling.
“The show is loose on Jeanie Buss, whose father Jerry Bus has the Lakers. [Running Point is about] Your trip is running the Lakers, ”said Song. “Kate plays Isla, who basically finds out overnight that you are this team and the hijinks who happen because it is a family business.”
Song described the appearance as a “dream job” because she is a big fan of basketball. Although sport, of course, it is only one aspect of the show.
“Basketball is only a vehicle to present these crazy characters and their daily life,” said Song. “It was such a great time because I can work with Kate Fricking Hudson.”
