Bryan, Texas (KBTX) -March is the national nutritional month and the national day of nutritionist for nutritionists is March 12.

Jena Brown, a registered sports dietary, shared some of her tips and frequent challenges that you see how you want to have an active lifestyle and eat a balanced diet.
