The asteroid, which panicked about potentially colliding collidation with the earth, has found the size of a building, NASA found.
The Webb Space Telescope has taken further information and detailed pictures of Asteroid 2024 YR4, which may briefly enter the earth in 2032.
The asteroid caused global concern when it was found at the end of last year, and the first observations showed that it could have a chance of 3 percent to hit the earth.
Additional observations caused scientists to reduce the threat to practically zero where it is left.
But there is an easy chance that it could then hit the moon.
The asteroid swings towards us every four years.
NASA and the European Space Agency published the photos on Wednesday – which showed the asteroids as Fuzzy Dot.
Webb confirmed that the asteroid, according to the two space agencies, is almost 200 feet (above the height of a 15-story building above the height of a 15-story building.
It is the smallest object that has ever been observed by the observatory, the largest and most powerful that has ever been sent to space.
The astronomer of the Johns Hopkins University, Andrew Rivkin, said that WebB’s observations serve as “invaluable” practice for other asteroids that could threaten us down the street.
Basic telescopes have also followed this special space in the past few months.
All of this “gives us a window to understand how other objects from 2024 years are, including the next that could go in our way,” said Mr. Rivkin, who helped the observations.
