Condé Nast Name Aaron Kransdorf as VP, Fashion & Luxury, Sales & Global Key Accounts

Condé Nast used Aaron Kransdorf as vice president, fashion and luxury, US sales and global accounts. It starts in mid -September.

Kransdorf, who succeeds Susan Cappa, returns to Condé Nast to lead Vogue’s income and manage the US business and the global key accounts. Cappa, who resigned in June, has been in the role since December 2021.

Most recently, Kransdorf was with Vox Media as the head of industry, style and beauty. During his time there he led record growth in the categories fashion and luxury, especially for New York and the cut. When he arrived, he led the start of the cut as an independent publication with a fully integrated 360-degree ecosystem for opportunities for brand partners. Previously, he headed the luxury business industry at Hearst, which included Esquire, Harper’s Bazaar and Town & Country. He drove record growth and established fashion and luxury as the largest intake indicating category at Hearst and the considerable profitability. He also supervised the growth of the e-commerce platform from Harper’s Bazaar, Shopbazaar.

Kransdorf started his career at Condé Nast in the department for marketing and promotion department of Condé Nast Traveler and later switched to sale and then joined Nylon Media.

Kransdorf will be an important provider of the Condé Nast Advertising sales team and will concentrate on both the category structure and on the brand structure to support the editorial vision of the portfolio of the titles. He will be based in the company’s US headquarters in the 1 World Trade Center and monitor teams in the USA and Europe. He reports to Beth Lusko, Chief Business Officer, US sales and global key accounts.
