by Diane Kruger chose the mod styling in a cocktail dress with the kind permission of del Core’s spring 2025 Ready-to-Wear collection for the opening ceremony of the 18th Angoulême French-speaking film festival on Monday in Angoulême, France.
Kruger, who acts as President of the Jury in 2025 for the Film Festival, chose an inspired dress from the 1960s with contemporary design. The charcoal gray miniger showed a hem above the knee of the actress with unique, structural straps and ball applications that serve as a connection between the belts and the top of the garment.

The cocktail dress contained a rectangular shape, including the bags on both hips as part of the design. Kruger decided to combine the dress with lace-TE-kitten Heels with the kind permission of the Aeyde brand based in Berlin. With regard to other accessories, the actress “The Shrouds” opted for golden ear half.
Krugers dress for the opening ceremony of the Angoulême film festival celebrated his debut of the runway as part of the Milan Fashion Week in September 2024, which was curated by the founder of the Label Daniel del Core.
The spring 2025 Ready-to-Wear collection “Lightness of Touch felt overlaid for the designer, the transparent trench coats and long anoraks with hoods on stricter jackets and shorts”, according to Samantha Contis WWD review of the collection. “A green-tailor-made suit was just as just an X-ray and revealed layers of cotton underneath.”
Although Daniel del Core had plans to carry out a collection outside of his studies on the Paris Couture Show in January 2025 and return to the city to create appointments with customers with customers to build up an independent business from his evening and event wear, no initiative according to the reports of the WWD.
The independent business of DEL Core in New York and London continues to work. Daniel del Core founded his 2020 label of the same name in Milan. Before Del Core created his own label, he worked for fashion houses such as Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana and Zuhair Murad.
