In a 61-page antitrust complaint, which was submitted in Texas on Monday before the Federal Supreme Court, the lawyers of the technical tycoon claimed that the two companies had completed the law by completing a deal for the integration of chatt into the iPhone operating system of Apple.

The lawsuit doubles the latest rants on Musk’s latest rants on his social media platform X, formerly Twitter, in which he complained that he did not rank higher in Apple’s charts, and claimed that this must be the result of a conspiracy.
It marks the latest turn in Musk’s years of feud with Openai, which he originally helped bankroll, but has now been regarded as a bitter rival.

“This is a story of two monopolists who are merging to ensure their persistent dominance in a world that is quickly driven by the most powerful technology that humanity has ever created: artificial intelligence,” claims the lawsuit submitted by X and his parent company Xai.
“The accused Apple and Openaai have locked up the markets to maintain their monopolies and prevent innovators such as X and XAI at the competition.
“The plaintiffs bring this complaint to prevent the accused from having passed their competitive system and receiving billions in damages.”
A spokesman for Openaai said the lawsuit is “in accordance with Mr. Musk’s persistent pattern of nuisance”. Apple did not immediately respond to a request for comments.
Musk was one of the 11 original co -founders of Openaai, which were originally founded as a non -profit organization with the mission to ensure that a future powerful AI will go to humanity entirely.
But when Openaai became more and more commercial, Musk accused of betraying his founding principles and even threatening civilization by making profits through security.
The head of Tesla and SpaceX is already suing Openai because of his plans to convert to profits more, while Openai Musk has against unfair competition and interference in the business.

But Musk’s lawsuit repeatedly described the deal as “exclusive” and presented it as a veiled conspiracy for the competition in a technological change that could prove to be revolutionary like the publication of the iPhone from 2007.
The complaint shows Apple as a company that was “blind” through the rise of AI and now sees as a “existential threat”, which causes the company to work with Openaai to protect the iPhone franchise that has long been the largest money earner.
The lawsuit provides only a few evidence that Apple Grok in the App Store rankings before the fact that GROK is not as high as Musk seems to believe.
It also quoted earlier statements by Apple’s former app store boss Philip Shoemaker, who told the 2020 Congress that the company often uses its complicated and “arbitrary” rules “as a weapon against competitors”.
