The 61-page complaint, which was submitted in a federal court in Texas, follows a threat that Mr. Musk made two weeks ago when he accused Apple of promoting Openai and Chatgpt in the iPhone’s App Store Ranking for Top Apps.
Mr. Musks Post assumed that Apple had directed the system against Chatgpt competitor like the Grok Chatbot from his own Xai.
Now he describes a litany of complaints in the lawsuit, which was submitted by Xai and another of his companies, X Corp – to gain money damage, and a judicial order that prohibits the alleged illegal tactic.
