The midfielder of Barcelona, Dani Olmo, captured a leg injury that could exclude him from the upcoming games, said coach Hansi Flick after his team’s 3-0 victory against Osasuna on Thursday.
Olmo seemed to hurt his upper right leg in the first half. The Spanish international left the field when he replaced in the 28th minute after doubling Barca’s leadership with a punishment that was taken twice.
“It is an injury, and now in this schedule there are two weeks of games, so it’s not good,” said Flick.
Barcelona moderator Girona on Sunday in the Spanish league, which they led over Real Madrid with three points.
Then visit Atletico Madrid 4: 4 after the first leg on April 2 with your Copa del Rey semi-final. After confronting real Betis in La Liga, they play on April 9th in Borussia Dortmund in the first leg in the Champions League quarter -finals.
Olmo came to Barcelona last summer and made another option in attack with seven goals and game skills.
On both sides of Olmos Tor, Ferran Torres scored the goal in the 11th minute when he turned Alejandro home to get home to achieve a fine Teamtor and then replaced Robert Lewandowski’s header in the second half.
“We went through a great moment and I proud of the team, as you are faced with the same commitment with every game,” added Flick.
“There are 10 games in front of them and we are three points clear, so that’s good and we have to continue with the same setting.
“The situation was not easy to play today was not ideal and it cost us when Olmo was injured. It made victory a bitter taste.”
