Manchester United will not hold an open bus parade if you win the Europa League this season.

United will meet Tottenham on Wednesday, May 21st, in the Bilbao showpiece because both teams want to make a success of an otherwise miserable season.

United sits after the 2-0 home accident against West Ham on Sunday in the Premier League, a place ahead of Spurs in the 17th, who lost at home on Sunday when Crystal Palace won a victory in London Derby.

United and Spurs have both Premier League games, their final of the season, four days after the final, and Ruben Amorim & Co. will fly to Asia for a tour on the same day to Asia. Players of both teams must then report on international duty with their respective nations in June.

It leaves little time for trophy celebrations and, according to Times, will organize a grill for players, employees and their families in Spain the day after the final on Thursday, May 22nd.

The Times reports that Spurs will hold a parade if you are to win your first trophy since winning the League Cup in 2008 and the first European trophy since 1984.

United won the Europa League in 2017, in the same year in which they also won the Carabao Cup, but did not hold a trophy parade.

Newcastle at the beginning of this season organized a trophy parade for winning the Carabao Cup, in which an estimated 300,000 supporters lined the streets of the city center and visited further celebrations on Town Moor.

Liverpool is expected to prevent a trophy parade after the end of the season to celebrate the winning of the Premier League.
