When Odegaard Real Madrid left Arsenal for around 30 million pounds in 2021, he hit the Spanish press.
Life in the largest club in the world was not easy for the Norwegian, who had to do with the intensive headlight after he had come to Real Madrid at the age of 16.
“I just want to say that almost everything they say is not true,” wrote Odegaard on Instagram when he went. “For me it is a shame that the press says things that are not true because many people sincerely think that it is. I have my reasons, I know what the truth is and what has happened, so I think it is the best.”
The main motivator for Odegaard went that after four years he wanted to play in a club in so many years.
The connection he built with Arsenal during a six -month loan magic convinced him that the place was.
Mikel Areta had put the change over a zoo call, and this summer the Arsenal manager had patiently waited to sign Odegaard until August, hoping that Madrid’s attitude that the Norwegian was not for sale would alleviate. Areta was right and Arsenal got her husband.
Odegaard has been confirmed by the move and Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti is right for him to leave the right.
“He left the club for new experiences and is currently one of the best midfielder in Europe,” said Ancelotti last week.
Under Ancelotti, Odegaard joined Real Madrid at the age of 16, but he failed to break into the team.
Ancelotti pointed out the fact that there was so much talent in front of Odegaard, but the situation was not helped if he trained with the first team, but played for Real Madrid’s B team.
Odegaard was basically in the balance and snapped between the two troops, and it made it difficult for him to settle down.
But he has no bad feeling about Madrid and the thought of revenge is not in the head when he returns to Bernabeu.
Odegaard still speaks to some people in the club and there is no hostility in his time there, not least because it was part of the trip that led him to Arsenal.

Arsenal has not reached the semi -finals of the Champions League since 2009, while they have never won the competition.
