Microsoft introduced its first Handheld gaming devices from Xbox-Branded on Sunday and advertised her as a way to play his huge library of titles everywhere.
Two “Rog Xbox Ally” models that are located in a partnership with Asus in Taiwan will be available until Christmas.
“The Xbox ally is an Xbox that you can hold in your hands and bring together the performance of the Xbox and the window freedom,” said Bond.
“On this Xbox you can play games in your entire library, including all Windows PC playing shops from Xbox and Battle.net to Steam, GOG (Good Old Games Platform) and Ubisoft Connect.”
The PEEK at Xbox Ally came just a few days after the publication of Nintendo’s Switch 2, the handheld console, which was able to achieve the record of record sales for the Japanese “Super Mario” creator.
The Nintendo device, which has a larger screen and more processing performance, is an upgrade of the switch, which has become a global phenomenon with HIT games such as “Animal Crossing”.
Microsoft promised in the coming months, pricing and publication date for Xbox Ally.
Both Xbox handhelds seemed to be controllers in relation to keys, switching and handles similar to Microsoft Console, but seemed elongated to offer space for middle screens.
“When you turn on your Xbox allied, start the Xbox full image experience, a new function that was specially optimized for handheld games,” said Microsoft in a version.
“The Xbox Ally and Xbox Ally X are perfect for players who want to make an accessible gaming experience with them when traveling – be it between airports or between the most convenient chairs in the living room.”
