“Prepare” your outfits for the upcoming week and you will feel invincible

I am sure that Ayahuasca is probably really great, but have you ever experienced the absolute rush you get when you have prepared outfits in advance worth a whole week? NO? Oh, then you didn’t live. The thrill of it. The complacency of the next stage. The whole 10 minutes in bed every morning. The self-confidence that arises from the knowledge that you have nailed a killer look for the meeting for which you fear on Wednesday afternoon. This is how the invincibility feels, my friends.

I don’t say that spontaneity is overrated, not exactly. Only that it has its place. And on a dark Monday morning by flicking through clothes when your phone with work -e emails occurs, this place is not. There has always been a lifestyle trend for preparing meals, and it quickly goes into fashion. Cooking the batch is fashionable. Tikok is now full of incredibly healthy looking influencers (possibly from AI generated: “Siri, make a perfect person”) Tupperware boxes filled with colorful vegetables, as if you were proud to wear a Fendi baguette bag. The meal planning for the week has a whole bunch of advantages. It works cheaper, you make healthier decisions than at the moment, and it makes life easier at the end of a strenuous day.

To be able to imagine on Friday afternoon gives a nice feeling that the end of the week is in sight

The preparation of the meal for your wardrobe is just as good. It’s about much more than just time, but that’s nice. I think I think it is a super effective way to find out what your week looks like and to recognize potential diary lawsuits and other Scheduling bananas -before you have the chance to stumble. If you can visualize yourself on Friday afternoon, you have a nice feeling that the end of the week is in sight.

And it’s so much easier than you think. Or at least if you do it exactly as I tell you. The big trick is to have a strict formula to reduce your options. I do the same thing I do when packing a vacation case, namely to decide that I either wear all the clothes or everyone separately. It narrowed the horizon in a very useful way. You wear variations on the same template for a week that rationalizes everything – for example, the same coat will work all week – but you still get variety. So if you make clothes, you would like to have four dresses for a five -day week, with the assumption that Thursday will be a repetition from Monday or Tuesday, depending on which passable and not administered. Select two or three pairs of pairs with separations to form the basis of all five outfits.

Check the weather forecast to measure the temperature and probability of rain. Take a look at your diary and start with the most demanding day to dress – if you go out of the office for one evening – and select an outfit for it and then use it as a template. For example, you could pull out a crunchy shirt dress for the difficult day, and a clever blazer that can combine with it. Then you can exaggerate the same dress on a less public day with a sweater of the crew neck. And the same blazer with a more comfortable, relaxed dress on another day.

You are almost there! You have the idea. Next, choose shoes. Which formula you use, since the silhouette is essentially similar, you can choose a maximum two pairs that work every five days. Then choose an upper half -formula – this can be five different cotton shirts, with two light sweaters or cardigans that you can bind around your shoulders. The use of knitting as an accessory has the additional advantage that you have a warm layer on hand when you get cold.

Two more things, then I’ll let you go. At first, do not wait until Sunday evening, when fear has campaigned and it feels like an annoying duty. Do that now. Second, choose the good stuff. We have the tendency to have to do with passable outfits on weekdays. Don’t do that. Wear your chic stuff to cheer up on Tuesday. Wear clothes that you like to wear. Instead of saving them best, use it to make life better. Monday morning included.
