Manchester United Manager Ruben Amorim has invited Rory McIlroy to celebrate his sensational master triumph in Old Trafford.
Mcilroy, a long-time man United fan, completed his career grand Slam in an incredible way in Augusta on Sunday and conquered the sporting imagination to claim the legendary green jacket.
He had to keep Justin Rose’s challenge in a nail -bite play -off to rule victorious and to secure his first big title since 2014 to complete the difficult to compensate “Grand Slam” set.
McIlroy has received global recognition since his dramatic victory, and Amorim is the recent congratulations on the northern Irish. He offers him the chance to sunbathe in the theater of dreams in his fame in the process.
“Congratulations for the Masters and I would like to invite you to Old Trafford to show your trophy,” said Amorim on the club’s official website.
“It is really important to us at that moment.
“So I hope to see her in Old Trafford soon and meet her.”
It would not be the first time that McIlroy was going in Old Trafford after he also posted the trophy for winning the Open – before United’s homeland against Swansea in August 2014.
United has only three other home games of the Premier League in the calendar for the 2024/25 season, which means that the 35-year-old will be for the exit to Manchester before the PGA championship begins on May 15th in the Quail Hollow Club.
Mcilroy’s title could be the only cutlery in Old Trafford this season. The quarter -finals in Europa League with Lyon took 2-2 on Thursday before the second leg before the second leg.
