“We will play on Wednesday in the Champions League, the break for international games, then in FA Cup, then in Brighton.
“More or less to try, to gain trust and faith in our way. Today was a very important game. We spoke in the meetings how to compete.
“Here you compete here to win in everything we did, and today we had to adapt to every demand. They pushed us for 90 minutes.
“We started dominating more for the first 45 minutes, controlling the game, creating opportunities to create corners, and we did not admit many of them. In the second half we scored the goal, the second Var refused and they dominated more than us.
“We needed a transition, but it was the match for our defense site among the players, our commitment to try to try a clean leaf through Olsen.
“He did a fantastic job today, and also the back four, a fantastic job. We have reached these three points, we have trust and faith in the Premier League to try to fight a European position.”
Emery added: “He [Olsen] Has done a fantastic job and he is always ready to play to help. He is so valued as a person in the changing room, and the players are also happy for him, because he is not easy to replace Emi Martinez, the best goalkeeper in the world, and he always makes you fantastic as a professional.
“But for example, the last game we played away was not available in Palace in the second half. He (Olsen) played three goals and was very important today because his self -confidence had achieved this victory with a clean sheet to try help and support Robin Olsen. It was really fantastic how he helped with us today.”
