Eurostar trains between London and Paris were brought to a standstill after the discovery of an unexploded bomb from the Second World War near the tracks.
The French national train operator SNCF said in a statement that the services would be stopped in the Gare Du Nordben at the request of the police until the morning.
“We invite travelers to move their trip,” says Friday morning.
According to reports, the unploded bomb was found overnight in the district of Saint Denis by Saint Denis by workers.
From 7.30 a.m. the live departure website of Eurostar reported that four morning trains from St. Pancras International – the services were canceled 6.01 a.m., 7:01 a.m., 8.01 a.m. and 9.31 a.m.

The French Transport Minister Philippe Tabarot told the broadcaster Sud Radio that the trains are “strongly interrupted” all day long, with only a limited service being resumed in the afternoon.
Eurostar asked the passengers to expect a disturbance because of “an object on the tracks” and advised them to “change their journey for a different datum”.

According to the Eurostar website, the trains from London to Paris were canceled before 10.30 a.m. GMT on Friday.
The routes from Paris to London before lunchtime were also canceled.

All trains in Paris to London are canceled until at least noon.
