Train passengers were warned of serious disturbances before the Easter vacation – with two large London stations to the worst hits – with problems that are also expected on the streets.

“We carry out a large amount of our work over the Easter time because the number of passengers is lower than normally, and less travel, and the two bank holidays on both sides of the weekend give us a unique opportunity to do more work while maintaining the disorder on a minimum.”
