On Thursday, the Golden State Valkyries of the WNBA organize the first Valkyries fashion show to be presented by Sephora. The fashion show takes place above the edge, a private space over the Chase Center in which the Valkyries play in the Bay Area.
The show, which summarizes the worlds of fashion, beauty and basketball, contains two pieces for the fashion show, which Valkyries Guard Tiffany Hayes created under the creative direction of Valkyrie’s collective member, stylist and image consultant Brittany Hampon.

“Fashion was a large part of my personal trip,” said Hayes. “This is how I tell my story and form my story without saying a word. As a professional athlete, people often see me in uniform, but the style allows me to step out and show different layers of who I am. It gives me trust, it justifies me and it reminds me that my identity. Powerful for the next generation to see how the different types of self -impression can look like.”
With its tailor-made runway with Sephora fire, the show will include 15 pieces. 13 pieces by various designers such as pensioners from society, Authmade, Dead Dirt, Ru from Rupal and Kids of Migrants. The looks can shop in the Valkyries Shop from October. This week, the Valkyries will also share the fashion tips and tendencies of the players who lead to the show.
In April Sephora included a multi -year partnership with the Valkyries – the name of the multinational beauty dealer is located in the performance center of the basketball team, placements in the entire chase center and has a curated kiosk in the arena that fans can buy.
“Fashion in sport is not just a matter of clothing. It is a mighty form of self-expression, a reflection of individual style and identity. But it is also a collective statement, a visual representation of the culture of the league-mutually, self-confident and apologetically authentic. Valkyries.
